The outside veranda offers the stunning views of the countryside and the coastline. The swimming pool (5x12m with saltwater system no chlorine)) area with a panoramic terrace is equipped with pergola and shower and is operational from May to October. The villa is approximately 30 km from the Baroque town of Syracuse and 3 km away Noto and 2 km from the main beaches. Sites of interest include the nearby town of Modica, Ragusa Ibla, Scicli, The nearest beach resorts to the villa are Noto Marina, Arenella, Fontane Bianche and the protected coastline of Vendicari and Eloro.
